BusyBusy

This month is going to be hella busy :S

Uni Work
  • Court Report Hand In
  • Moot Court
  • Thesis Hand In
  • Thesis Presentation
  • Oilfield Chemistry Exam
So far I have started my court report - about half way through it and thats it so I better get my booty in to gear. I have also done my usual procrastination and managed to make lists of what I need to do for each task etc and managed to upload all my 4th year lectures etc on a pen drive - so I'm a little bit organised haha.

Then on top of that I have all my usual work, trying to be social (usually failing) and getting in shape for Marmaris 2012 and obv for my general health.

I actually went to the gym today woop! I thought if I posted on here what I do each gym sesh it might (just might) keep me motivated to keep it up.

4km Bike - 12mins
2km Treadmill - 16mins
1.5km Cross Trainer - 11mins
20 Sit Ups

I know its not great, but I think it is not bad for someone who's fitness must be at rock bottom haha :)

My aim is to get to between 9st and 9.7st by the end of may thats over a stone to lose (eeek I know probs not possible)

I am also trying to eat healthy and drink 2L of water a day (by guidance of Gillian :)

I also think I should watch dance movies everyday for an extra boost in motivation because when you see bodies like this on TV....well who wouldnt want this lol.

 They are also just generally feel good movies <3

So other than trying to get healthy etc I haven't been up to that much. Mum and Dad brought my TV down for my 21st (as I couldn't take it down any earlier). Now I can watch Disney movies supersized haha :).
